I have a brand new rogers unlocked blackberry torch. i called fido today to get bbm for it and they said they might not be able to do it because it is a rogers phone and they do not have the imei number and will try to input it manually. the guy said its not for sure though if it weren't to work...

I have had two white blackberry torches, and i have never been able to transfer music videos from my computer to my phone. I have tried several formats, such as mp4 and avi. I ignored it, thinking it was just a glitch with the first Torch I had. But now that my second one cannot have videos...
