I'm planning on buying the HTC HD2 for T-Mobile and at the T-Mobile store it's $199.99 but at Car Toys it's 49.99.
I don't want to buy a used phone, whenever I buy an electronic I buy it new.
So are the phones so cheap at Car Toys because they're used?
