My husband has a motorola tracfone and can makes calls from it but when called doesnt ring just says person you are trying to reach is not recieveing calls at this time. he wants to get calls but doesnt know how to get it to do so... anyone have instructions on how to recieve calls?

it comes with no usb cable or any way to connect it to computer, but it does have internet... if that helps.

Believe it or not, I just got my first phone. It is a very basic Samsung Tracfone. I was wondering if, and how, I can add ring tones to it. It does not have an internet connection and, to my knowledge, isn't capable of any Multimedia Messaging. If you can answer this, I'd really appreciate it!!

What do you do when your tracfone won't send a text message without a code?

you record your own ringtones? I really want a phone that does that and i will be a happy person. :D

Random beep happens while talking on phone, other person can't hear it, plus I checked for any new messages, text, voice etc..none, so that's not why. What do you think could be the problem ? This is very annoying. Thank you.

w580i)? I've had my AT&T phone (sony ericsson W580i) unlocked by AT&T and put my tracfone SIM card on it but it says "inactive smartchip." Tracfone says their SIM only works with Tracfone provided phone but there's gotta be a way to make it work. Any idea?

Phone screen reads "Phone Lock" and nothing I enter unlocks it (last 4 of phone, pin #, 1111, etc).
