i just bought a hyper 7 nitro buggy this is my first car and i have no idea to how to tune it, when i start it up the wheels immediately start spinning and when i use the brakes the cars stalls

...is this? when i first started tuning it, appartenlyi was tuning it an octave too low, when i tune it an octave higher, the bridge pops out, why does this keep happening? is it broken?
i dont mean if the bridge itself is broken but if some thing isnt working right
i have a 04 pacifica that when turned on it says it needs service now ive heard pacificas dont need tune ups because it doesnt have spark-plugs or something is this true and if not what do they do in a tune up for a pacifica? i dont want to get hassled

I would like to do a major tune up on my 99 A6 Quattro 2.8L (automatic).
I want to change the spark plug wires, fuel filter, PCV valve, oxygen sensor oil filter, air filter, distributor cap and rotor. Am I forgetting anything?
