3-6 degrees lower than actual? I am looking at the Weatherunderground.com web site page for my city today, The high temperature for todays says "92", yet it also gives the actual temperature and it is "96.

Whats the best option when buying tickets for the underground? Where staying at Kings cross, want to go to Harrods, Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Trafalgar Square and St Martins Theatre? I know its a lot to fit in 2 days, any suggestions? Going Monday and Tuesday.
