    HELP! The touchscreen on my BlackBerry Storm 1 is COMPLETELY unresponsive!...

    ...The keys work, though?!? So I can essentially turn the phone on, and turn it off. Nothing else. I have tried: 1. Connecting to my computer (numerous times) 2. Doing the good old battery pull (numerous times) Nothing. Help!

    Help!! I added a Gadget to Google Desktop and it became completely unresponsive!?

    I added a Facebook notification Gadget to my Google Desktop, and it has become completely unresponsive. I've tried restarting it and my whole computer--nothing works. I would bet that taking the notifier off would fix it, but I can't because it's unresponsive! What do I do?
