Sounds like you have a good start already. In addition to the items that you listed, I would add the following to your practice list:

...both in and outdoors? I have a Wilson and a Spalding basketball. They all go flat after a while and pumping them up every week becomes pointless. Im a girl so it has to be 28.5. Also can you you give a website or a store to get it from.
Hey so I'm 15 5'9 and 135 lb and been cut from varsity for 2 straiight years. I'm a SG and going to be a junior but despertaly want to make the team. I've been practicing every day in my backyard. Any tips?? or Workout tips? thanks
