I want to reinstall Vista onto my computer. I have the recovery cd that I need however, my cd/dvd drive does not work. I have an external dvd drive but when I try to use it to reinstall Vista it does not work. How would I configure BIOS to boot from a USB device?

I just need to know because I need to buy a external optical drive for my vista recovery disc, and I need to know whether to get a cd-rom reader or a dvd-rom reader.

I need one for a Wacom wireless tablet.
