The motor turn over but sounds alittle like it's sturggleing to start does'nt turn over freely. I can turn the motor by hand, getting spark to silanod. Boat set for 1 1/2 years. What should I try.

I know the basics, like don't redline the car etc. But how do i work it in Manual mode? So lets say I start off in 1st gear and accelerate, i'm nearing 3k or 4k rpm, do I take my foot off the accelerator and shift? Or do I leave my foot on?

band no matter what gear...? this happens in any gear. the turbo (i assume) kicks on and off. it misses more after the turbo should be kicking in. could this be a sensor?
