How would I increase horse power in my honda accord and how much could i do it for CHEAP.... alot of people are saying slightly or not as much or some.... please specify or estimate around how much horse power I can increase potentioally? (Remeber I have a high output engine)

hits louder? The rsx's vtec is a butterfly vtec and it reduces the power the vtec from the si hits loud and hard which one would you people recomend
