So I had to put my bike chain (as in the one I use to lock it up) round my waist to get it to work today. On arriving my boss said "ooh, you have to be careful with your chain round your waist, but I'm sure you've heard all the horror stories...".
I was too embarressed to admit I hadn't, so...
Like whenever i wear shorts or jeans, theres this piece if fat hanging off my waist all around and i want to get rid of it!! I run everyday, but ive been running for a while with little results in that area, so i want to do other exercises too. im 14, so NO DIET/ACAI PILLS!!!!!!!

around the bellybutton? Just wondering because my gym measures it at the bellybutton, but for clothing it usually refers to the smallest part of the torso, right beneath the ribcage...I'm talking about sites like Chickipedia and stuff like that, I have no idea what they're referring to.
i was a little heavier and i don't want to lose my curves! I know i'm not as big as i was in the breast department but it usually happens when women lose weight.

when i measure it says im 34 inches. when i look at pants online 34 inches is like an XL. i am a medium. a pair of my pants that fit fine say they are 28 inches. im confused.
