I thought this would just be another violent superhero movie, but with the blue penis, the sex scenes, the rape, and the blood and guts of people, it's definitely not another superhero movie.

I'm a pretty big fan of comic based movies but I just did not like Watchmen. Should I perhaps read the books? Is there any difference to the movies and books? I've never heard of Watchmen till I saw the movie. Is that why it just bored me?

I thought it was really good, and the guy who played Rorschach was perfect.
