i have a gas and oil mixed kawasaki kx100 97 is the year.. the bike runs good i ride it every were. but sometimes when i kick start it it shoots flames out the carb and catches fire, not big fire.. wats wong? and will i blow up?

i have cleaned the carb like 3 times and it still is not getting gas.. if i spray gas in the carb then it will start and it will stay running unless i let off the gas.. after i spray gas in the carb to get it started then it starts to get gas i think.. and gas is flowing down from the gas tank...
