the wiper will not go in either direction when turned on

does any one know where i can get one for a 53 plate 1.8 16v model. have tried local scrap yards and no luck. would prefer new one but wanting as cheap as possible have tried ebay. only one for a diesel model

Both went out at the same time so I assume it's just a fuse. Does anyone know where the fuse is? The fuse map on the box inside the hood is difficult to figure out.

It's located under that vent, between the windshield and the hood. There should be a few screws too release it and lift it up, to access your wiper motor. This operation can be tricky and time consuming, take your time, you can follow the instructions in the new part box. I always suggest OEM...

The wipers do not turn on at all. I replaced the switch and still nothing. Anyone think it could be the body control module? or any other guesses?

The wiper has just stopped moving in the middle of the rear window. when i start the engine, i can hear the motor (i think) buzzing, trying to move it, but it just sits there. What could be wrong?

Just had it serviced and the guy said my wipers werent working because a wiper relay was missing....... but didnt have time to do it yet. Originally he quoted 300 dollar repair.... Any one wanna help out and maybe point me to where the relay might be?

my windshield wiper is loose on my car on the passenger side, so it doesn't work. I was wondering how do I go about tightening it? Do I have to take the car apart somewhere to tighten them or something?

I have a 1997 Jeep Wrangler and the wipers do not work anymore. It is not a bad fuse because the motor keeps blowing the 20 amp fuse. Could it be a bad motor? Thanks
