My computer says the connection is excellent, but it isn't. I have no viruses or anything else wrong with the computer since its only like 2 months old.
I can't surf the internet in firefox or IE. And I can't even get into my router settings.
But I can check my email on Outlook Express and transfer files between computers on my home network.
