go fast or is it slow like the other toyotas?

I have a 2002 Toyota Yaris and I seem to have to put my fog lights or else the lights do not provide enough visibility. The normal car lights seem dull (and have done since I bought it 18 months ago) and do not light up roads well enough for me to see. The fog lights seem sufficient however...

We have a 2-door Yaris and lately it seems like our gas mileage has gotten pretty crummy. We used to get about 330 miles on a full tank, now we get 275. Is this normal? I don't know how many gallons our tank is; I believe it's 10 or 11. We get the oil changed regularly and just recently replaced...
