There's a clicking sound on the dashboard the first 30 seconds when I turn the car on, then stops. I can't have the heater/ac on during those 30 seconds or it makes a loud noise, but the heater works ok after the 30 secs (except no heating for the feet). It's been going on for several days now, then today while driving my stereo stopped and it wont turn on anymore. Fuse 15 was blown out, replaced it several times as each time when the car is turned on it blows it. Any suggestions on what it could be? And how to go about fixing it. Thank you!
