07' Infiniti G35 Coupe problem?

I recently noticed that when driving my G35, I can feel and slightly hear a bump noise every second as the car is moving, like as if on a bumpy road. Almost as if the the front wheel tire has a stone or something stuck to it. The car is driveable I just never felt or heard that before when I drove the car. I don't know if it is the tire or maybe the suspension, would anybody have any idea of what the problem could be?

check all the tires for rocks or other things stuck in the tread. also check for bumps or bulges in the treads and side walls. one last thing you can look for are any flat spots. and have you had them balanced in the last several thousand miles and rotated.
