15 or 18 inch sub? fi btl n3 experts help please?

I wanna get one sub because they r expensive and I plan to compete with it so I still need to get the big 3 upgrade up my alt. To 250 amps and get some deep cell batts. And get sound deadner so that's why I'm going with one for now than later get another with a nother amp. how much of a difference will 18 inch fi btl n3 sub be to a 15 inch sub I do plan to get another one of whatever I decide. So what will be better
 
If you have the money and the space available then I would go with the 18" version. It will be better overall if you are going to want to compete with it.

You should make sure to choose a sub that you have enough space for a proper enclosure. If you cannot fit the very large enclosure required for optimal performance for the 18" version you should go with a smaller size. Going with a smaller enclosure in a proper enclosure would give you better performance than the large sub in an enclosure that is too small for it.

neither, that company keeps changing up there subwoofers and the nxt version is never compatible with the newer ones they keep having flaws in there subwoofers is reason why they keep changing .
yes i understand they wanna keep getting better and better but why need to do so when you could get it right the first time and actually make the new compatible with the old subwoofers. i was forced to sell mines because they came out with the H2 and i had the older one that i couldnt mix up do to different specs.

i would go with DDesigns so much better than Fi
