15 year old workout routines?

I am going to turn 15 this april, and i want to get in shape and build some muscle. i am 5'9/5'10 and weigh about 150-160 pounds. I cant remember exactly...i think it might be close to 155 though. Anyways i have two machines to work with. I have a tredmill which i plan to run on twice at a high intensity pace for 20-30 minutes during one session. Also i have to total body workout machine for lifting. It goes up to like 200 pounds, and you can do curls by pulling up a bar from the ground, latted pull downs, triceps work out, and a whole bunch of other methods of lifting. Practically every muscle in your body.My goal is to slim down a little bit, and gain some muscle. I want to be able to notice my muscle more than my fat. What kind of protein, carbs, fats, and liquids do i need to take in, and what kind of workout routine should i set for myself ???
