I'm having my 15th birthday party and I wanted it to be like a cooking class or cake decorating kind of party. We were going to go to a superstore cooking party but it needs at minimum 12 people and I only have 4 or 5 people.
I'm looking for something good but inexpensive and affordable.
I dont want it to be an at home thing, I would prefer if it was at some place instead.
I live in Canada so keep that in mind.
