16 yr old bulking up/ nutrition help?

being home schooled since the 6th, I'm behind as far as understanding nutrition. dad plainly says i need 'good' calories, and a lot of it for body building. can someone give me a link to a site that lays it out detailed for me. any info relevant would be greatly appreciated :)

hey fellow bbr i would suggest this site they helped me so much when i first started out i would never have won so many competitions without them http://www.bodybuilding.com

ive gained 15 pounds of mainly muscle since last summer by just eating more food more often. I try to eat at home and stop of and get some fast food every once in a while. It would be better to eat healthy homecooked food but junk food wouldnt hurt.

The most improtant rule is that you have to take in more calories than you burn. Try teenbodybuilding.com for more info
