Its a one owner, female driver, Non-smoker, clean interior, No accidents, they have Maintenance records available, Highway miles, Always garaged, All scheduled maintenance. They are asking $2,650 O.B.O. for it. Is this worth it?

And what should I offer them? I'm paying in cash.
