1972 4 door Plymouth satellite ratings?

from 1-10 what would you rate a stock 1972 4 door Plymouth Satellite? pros and cons will help. My bro found one and is going to buy it and he just wants some opinions on it. were gussing it has a .318 in it and its in very good condition for a grandma-esk car especially with 40K on it.

Economy!?! Dude, it's a seventy two Plymouth!

Pros are: It's in very good condition and has only 40,000 miles.

Cons: It's old as hell and has four doors. (If it was a two door it could be worth some serious cash.)

I had a 71 back in the end of 71, but a 2 door would be worth somthing, 318 is a good motor,340 would of been nicer, but 72 is now 27 years so origional 9. you lose 1 point for 4 door insted of 2.
