1982 Yamaha Virago 750 with spark not starting, Why?

I have spark in both plugs and a fully charged battery, I've drained the tank of gas and replaced it with new gas. Where do I go from here? Why isn't it starting? I know that the fuel lines are clear as I drained gas through them.
