Alrighty, Where to begin...

Last month a bought a junker for 800. Seemed reliable. Drove for a good 2 weeks and now im having problems. First the tranny cooler line got punctured and i had to replace it. No more tranny problems. Now Im having more trouble. Im 17 so I dont know much about this situation. All I know is every time i take it out, even just after a few minutes of driving, smoke is pouring out my hood. Its all vapor from Antifreeze. All the smoke is coming from this little plastic container in the back left part of my engine. I believe its called (or for) overflow? It just happened to me again and I popped the hood while it was running, and that thing was all compressed and bloated, shaking and looks like its ready to explode. Can i get some suggestions or words of wisdom on this matter por favor? It would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks guys, LOVE YOU ALL =)

You did not say what engine you have, but it sure sounds like a blown head gasket. Wait until the motor is cold, remove the pressure cap (ONLY WHEN THE MOTOR IS COLD), Start it up and let it warm up. With the cap still off look for bubbles in the coolant. If there are no bubbles or it isn't trying to push the coolant out, you may be lucky and just need a new cap.

your coolant level is far too low, your engine is heating everything to steam and blowing it out the overflow. I hope you do not have any white smoke pouring out the tailpipe. you are losing coolant, you need to open the radiator cap, and fill it up, I would use water for now, until you figure out where the coolant is going, anytime coolant is low, its going somewhere, so fill it up and pay attention to where the coolant is going ok? You cannot open a radiator cap when engine is hot, so fill it up when its cool, and turn on the heater so that you dont end up with a big air pocket later (after you figure out why the coolant is leaking, turn the heater off.)
