1992 honda prelude S , Needs more horsepower gain what should i add $1000 Limit?

I have a 1992 honda S ( non V-tec version ) it needs more horse power gain on stock engine what should add . i was thinking of adding chip , cold air intake , 2 inch exhaust all the way , ect . what should i add , stock engine has around 130 hp . want it up to 200hp what should i add ?
