1994 acura legend cv axle?

I have replaced cv axle on 1994 accura legend passenger side. now car makes grinding noise when putting it in gear and won't move.car will not go into gear without grinding badly and when its in gear it just revs up dosnt actually move

Obviously, if it didn't do this before then the axle was not installed properly. I assume you had a reputable place do the work so simply call them and ask them to pay to have it towed back to the shop so they can re-inspect their work. To me, sounds like the inner cv joint is not all the way into the tranny.
