1994 chevy astro van wont start just click?

i have a 94 chevy astro van and when you turn the key the lights and radio and things come on but when you start the car all you hear is a click sound wat could this be

if its the starter or starter solenoid .......wats the next step!
 
it shood be the starter or the starter fuse. try tapping the starter sumtyms it freezes. or change the starter fuse
 
If it is only one click, then you need to get a starter, but if the starter is turning and the clicking is going "NUN NUN NUN NUN NUN NUN NUN NUN NUN NUN" then, it's the battery. If you do try to start it again, and it is clicking multiple times quickly, then don't do it for more then a few seconds, if you do, you could end up needing a starter as well...

So, if it's one click, get a starter.

And if it's multiple clicks then you need to take the battery to autozone, and see if it's good... or try a jump start... or get a new battery. Hope that helped.
