1995 Acura Integra Ignition Probelm?

I recently had my engine rebuilt and I noticed the damn bastards forgot to tighten up my ignition bolts that connects to the engine, became loose, and now my car wont start. I thought it was the battery but it has plenty of juice left. I tighten back the ignition and the car just wont spark. What are some possibilities I can do?
 
Tow your car back to that damn bastards and make him fix the problem or get a diagnostics test done on it so you what have to keep guessing
