start and runs fine
drive it and when it gets warmed up
you stop and shut it off and restart it ruins high rpm and surges and then 3-5 minutes later it idles back down

there is a sensor that tells the fuel mixture system the current Temperature of the engine, this sensor uses the temperature from the antifreeze , if the antifreeze is low it cannot function properly

check to see if the antifreeze is low and add to full

Get a aerosol can of throttle body cleaner and spray it directly into the throttle body. Available at any automotive store. Things are getting gummed up in there.

You can either just guess at whats causing this or get it to a shop for a proper diagnosis, I'd suggest the latter.
