i am replacing the rear rotors on my cousins 1995 jeep grand cherokee. i have beat the holy s*** out of them, drenched them with PB Blaster, pried on them and every combination. i know that the e-brake may be hanging up on the inside but the adjuster star nut is locked up as well as the adjustment on the cable. i have removed the cable on the little lever on the top. im at a loss to please help.
