1996 Nissan Sentra Cluster Lights?

So my cluster lights have not been working for a while now. I decided to check the fuses but they were all good. I also removed the cluster and replaced the bulbs but still nothing. Also, all the other lights on the dash work...except for the 4 located behind the speedometer, fuel and temperature gauge. Apparently the dimmer switch which controls the brightness (located on the left hand side of the steering wheel) of the cluster lights is missing. Those who know what I'm talking about know its the scroll switch that has a gauge and a light bulb on it. Where am I supposed to find another one of those? Can anyone please help? The cables are there but the whole electric unit that goes in there is missing along with the dimmer switch. Do they sell them at local auto shops such as autozone, kragen or pepboys? Please Help. Its frustrating driving at night with no cluster lights.
