There's a busted front light and minimal rust. The only major problem we see now is that when it's in reverse it's park, neutral is reverse etc.. but it still drives.. There was something leaking underneather but it was after we started it and had it sitting for alittle. (we think) Are we getting scammed?
when we looked under the truck it looked like the leak was coming from a pipe connected to the exhaust
 
I would find out what is leaking, and where it is leaking from.
the gearshift indicator is not a major problem. imo
