1997 toyota avalon random multiple cylinder misfires detected?

and cylinder 1 misfire detected...what does that mean, tune up ? engine going? thanks

Tune up probably. Plugs and wires should do it. As long as you have it apart maybe replace the cap also. How many miles on the car?
