- A year ago, at 55000 miles, this wonderful Automatic Transmission car used to give me 30 MPG in the city, and 34 on the highways on long drives.
- For last few months, at 64000 miles, the fuel efficiency has dropped significantly to 22 MPG. Cold weather in New York is ONE factor, but shouldn't affect much.
- The oil changes are regular, tires are new. Last time I changed the spark plugs was at 54000 miles, and did servicing regularly until 60000 miles.
Any suggestions? spark plugs? I do notice a "little" heaviness (roughness) while accelerating but no misfires. Don't want to drive the thoughts in this direction, but just what I think, it could be in my head
