I have a 1999 bmw 323i. Yesterday, i was driving at about 35 mph and all of a sudden the engine, eml, and traction control lights came on. After that, my car had a really hard time accelerating. Does anyone know that could cause these 3 lights to come on? Also, this happened about and hour after changing a flat tire at a spare(the spare was regular sized tho). Can that have anything to do with it?
