1999 Dodge Dakota vibration?

vibration feels like it is coming from the rear but unsure. It is really noticeable under acceleration and some cruising. When I let off the gas, everything smooths out great, beautiful.. give it gas and it all comes back. when I go over 70MPH it seems like I am going to just lose everything.. even a weird howling type noise.. any suggestions?
 
check alignment, ball joints for sure, and whining noise could be rear diff needs fluid.
 
check ball joints. They where out fast on this vehicle. IF not that check them anyway your wheel can fly off anytime and could cause an accident
