1999 Mitsubishi Galant Overheating?

Every time it gets over 90 degrees outside my car will overheat. I have replaced the thermostat and radiator, I do not get any coolant loss or I dont have smoke coming and checked the oil since I was told it could be the head gasket
What else could it be?
 
could be the water pump. Are you sure it overheating as the temp. sending unit could be giving a faulty reading. If you replaced the thermostat your self are you sure it was installed correctly, as if installed backwards it will not open.
