humor for once....? I would like to congratulate both the democratic and republican co-sponsors of this bill and President Obama for signing it into law....

Working in a truly bi-partisan way, the two House members <Democrat and Republican> corrected a major stumbling block for getting new ideas into production....

Isn't this the way govt should work?
