...can i program it 2 my plan?? is ne one selling a SCH-U740 cell phone 4 verizon (under $100) ?? or duz ne one kno where i can find one for under $100

You can buy unlocked cell phones to work with any service provider, verizon,at&t,Sprint, etc etc

Any unlocked cell phone will work.

check ebay... to "program" it to your plan, buy an unlocked phone and insert you SIM card into the new phone. (if you don't know what this means, google unlocked phones)

you can program any phone to any plan as long as your service provider handles that make and model
