2000 Chrysler 300M - Belt wobbling?

On the diagram under my hood for the belt route, there is C/S, not sure what it is. But anyways, this "C/S" is wobbling like crazy when the engine is on. The serpentine belt is cracked, but the timing belt looks good. Water pump was just replaced a few weeks ago.

Btw, its the 3.5L version.
 
c/s stands for "crank shaft" If its wobbling get it cheked.When you had the water pump replaced they may not of tighten the crank pully.Call the shop and dont run it.
