2000 Dodge Dakota 4.7?

We are possibly buying a 2000 dakota 4.7 v8 automatic. Basically I am looking for any feedback on the truck. What are their issues? How much are they worth? Whats the fuel mileage like??
It is a 4x4, because I see no point in buying a truck if it doesn't have 4x4! lol...
