2000 dodge ram quad cab that the back door latch on the bottom is broke.?

It does not latch closed. It will move back and forth by using your finger.

if you,ll got to a salvage yard they will sell you one for it ,that was a common problem for those to stop working,and the door will still stay shut but will rattle like crazy without the bottom latch being tight,good luck.
