It's a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. I had a guy come out and replace all the rotors and brakes. He did the front ones first. He put the emergency brake on, finished them, left the emergency brake on, and then replaced the rear ones. Everything looked good. He got in the car to tsst them and make sure they were correct, and when he hit the brakes, they locked up.
He figured it was the rear passenger side rotor, took the wheel off and attempted to take the rotor off, but it won't budge. He emergency brake is no longer on, but he said that the only brake that affects the back tires/ rotors/ brakes is the emergency brake.
Please help. Any and all suggestions are greatly aprpeciated.
