2003 Acura TL Type S Driver mirror doesn't move like passenger mirror in reverse.?

2003 Acura TL Type S Driver mirror doesn't move like passenger mirror in reverse. The passenger mirror goes down towards the ground when in park the drivers mirror doesn't. What could be the problem?
