2003 Dodge Neon - 135,000 miles - what would these repairs cost?

The tensioner is shot, oil sending unit is bad, lower control arms are shot, windshield washer pump is broken, and the lower engine mount is almost gone. Parts, labor and adding a tune-up, and oil change, fixing various wires and hoses, the estimate is about... ?
 
More than you want to pay.
This car sounds like it is not worth fixing. You are pouring money into a junker. Take the $2000 plus you would waste on that car and buy a new one. Stay away from Neons.
