2003 hyundai elantra, no radio/clock or inside lights?

I had a dead battery and my car was jumped and now my radio/clock and lights don't work. They checked my fuses and said it wasn't a fuse but didn't know what it was. any ideas?

If you mean your dash lights don't work, there is a dimmer control for your interior dash lights. it should be located inside your vehicle on dash somewhere.You just turn it like a knob, check your manual. If your headlights are out my guess is a fuse. Some are located under the hood and some inside the vehicle. Again look in your manual and it should tell you what fuse is for what application. good luck
