I agree with above, battery is done. But clean and check the connection. If thats the factory battery, you should be ok. Newer batteries go bad cuz of poor charging (alternator)

Car problems suck man, hope the best for ya.

Was running perfect when i stopped for smokes but when i came back out all i heard was a click when trying to start it. Then I notice my radio started flickering out of control. Then i opened my door and the radio stopped flickering. Weird stuff I tell you. Tried jumping it and still only a clicking noise. Lights won't even turn on. I checked battery cables and seemed okay. positive moved little bit but felt like sufficient contact. Had 2 kids in the car so couldn't fart around too much with it. So this kind gentleman gave us a ride home. As i was leaving couldn't even lock my doors with button or remote, had to do it manually. Plus when i was walking by the back end of jeep heard the locking mechanism locking and unlocking repeatedly. I'm thinking it's a battery issue but all that other weird stuff going on makes me wonder. I've never had an issue with this before so i find it a little strange that this would happen all of a sudden. So tomorrow morning i'll try cleaning and tightening the battery cables. If that don't work I'll take battery to auto-zone to get tested. Then I'm stuck after that. So maybe one of you fine people out there has had a similar problem like mine you would point me in the right direction if I'm not already on it.

thanks in advance
travis

sounds like the battery died because it has loose connection......take the battery out and recharge it.... then put it back in with good tight connection and u should b fine.......u may need to buy a battery since this can cause them to go bad...
