2004 Acura RL with 135,000 miles for 8000 dollars. Is that good deal or not?

New Acura RL is near 50,000 dollars and is known to be luxury. If 8 year old RL with 135K miles is bought for 8000 dollars, is that a good deal? How long will it last?
